Community Outreach Ministry
Our mission is to serve as an umbrella to existing Church of Leesburg
outreach related ministries by providing assistance in the areas of
manpower, resources/contacts and documentation.
Deacons
The Deacons
Ministry serves the congregation as a liaison to the Pastor. Deacons, are
available to the members of The Church of Leesburg for comfort, advice,
prayer, fellowship and friendship. Deacons are always available to members
who need their assistance.
Deaconess
The Deaconess
Ministry assists the Pastor and Deacons in carrying out the church
ordinances. They also help to promote and maintain the spiritual climate
throughout the congregation and providing comfort to those in need. Please
feel free to call on this ministry anytime that your family is in need of
friendship, fellowship, prayer, advice or comfort.
Trustees
The duty of the Trustee is to oversee the church
building and its continued maintenance and upkeep.
Men's Ministry
The
Men’s Ministry seeks to fulfill 5(five) specific purposes. Fellowship,
Discipleship, Stewardship, Soul-Winning, & Edification. This ministry
strives to help Christian Men develop their God-given potential as servant
leaders in their homes, in their church, in their community and in their
relationship with others.
Leadership Ministries
The goal of this Ministry is to train and equip the members of The Church of
Leesburg that they may impact people of the surrounding community that
they may be changed from the inside out.
Evangelism Ministry
The Evangelism Ministry seeks out opportunities to share with family,
friends, co-workers and neighbors the Good News of the Gospel. The goal of
this ministry is that others may be equipped with the Truth of Christ and
impact The Church of Leesburg area and its surrounding community that they
may be changed from the inside out!
The Children’s
Ministry
The Church of Leesburg (TCOL) is
committed to training and equipping our youth. The purpose of Children’s
Church is to present the Word of God on a level that is easily understood by
our youth. It allows them to praise and worship God their way as well as to
train them in church etiquette. All 2 year old to 10 year old ages are
welcome. Children’s Church (Kidz Service) is held every Sunday in the
Women’s Fellowship Foyer during the 10:00 Worship Experiences.

Our
purpose is to help young ladies deal with the pressures of growing up while
learning to cultivate the fruit of the Spirit in their lives so they can
reflect the glory of God and beauty of Jesus Christ. The goal of our Dew –
Drop Praise Ministry in correlation with The Women’s Ministry is to aide all
ladies in their spiritual, social and academic development. |
